1. I think people go steady because they need more affection as they grow. They do this by looking for people they can love and it is a natural feeling.
2. I think we can go steady at adulthood at around 21 years old.
3. There are some negative consequences like the children not loving their parents, and neglecting their studies. Their partners may be cheaters or they may dump you, therefore causing a negative impact on their minds.
